Need to know if there's a band with music that sounds just like this song

I don't really like Best Coast when their music is....um......normal-paced but slowed down, WOW

Is there any band that just sounds like this naturally?

If you're gonna say Low or Codeine (or other "Slowcore") bands I've already checked them out but they're not as noisy as I would like.
