who HATES numetal? (hardcore, favorite band, Linkin Park, Slipknot, Korn)

who here listens to real metal? i'm seeing a ton of people who are talking like "omg i'm so hardcore i listen to slipknot and korn and disturbed and linkin park" ... yea um, okay..

list your most hated numetal mainstream poppy little girl bands that people tend to think makes them hardcore and badass

and after that, list your very favourite heavy/death/black underground heavy metal bands

well...Slipknot are my favorite band Nu-metal/Hardcore whatever you wanna call them. I don't think of myself to saying "I'm a heavy mother F***er" but I like heavy stuff. Slipknot used to be heavy..but who cares I like them. Not everyonelikes only black metal (ok you might find some people that are like that, Like how I hate all rap-hip hop and all that other tripe) I like Most types of metal.

Dimmu Borgir would have to be my favorite Black/Death(whatever you wanna call it) Metal.

On the other hand LINKIN PARK SUCK....worst f666ing band ever, Disturbed aren't good either but If i had a choice it would rather be Disturbed.

i like your mentality. seriously. not often do you find somebody who isnt all anal about what they listen to (like me)

I totally agree on linkin park, and disturbed... slipknot was better "back in the day," but if I had a choice (which I do) I'd rather staple my tongue to the wall then listen to them or any of their co-numetal buddies. also, i like how you admit you like some numetal, as opposed to being one of those freaks who jump out goin' "lyk omg dats not num3tal, its lyk t0t4lly h4rdc0re"

my personal favourite... at least, some of them... bloodsimple, children of bodom, winter solstice, celtic frost, rammstein (i know i know, mainstream), and maroon, and machine head. dude, and motorhead, agnostic front, lamb of god, amorphis, mudvayne kinda, deicide, and um... killgore.

wow i cant stop myself sometimes.

Omg I hate Linkin Park worst of all and my favorite metal band is Dimmy Borgir!!!! I have found my clone!!! Since I want to be original though I also like: Slayer, Morbid Angel, The Haunted, and Blind Guardian.
