Haha I didnt know half of that... He sounds like fun, I want to know him. And I dont doubt he's a good guitarist, he's gotta be to take over from Slash really. Haha, chicken coup... Awesome.

Buckethead is no longer in the band, he was removed after not showing up to practices. I have 6 of his CD's though, and he's on fire. He's mountains above Slash.

BH is out of the band but will still be on the album or so they rumors say

Josh Freese - drummer for Vandals/Perfect Circle layed down the studio drumtracks.. (Brian Mantia named new drummer - Primus/Fishbone/Tom Waits)

Dave Navarro - layed down some guitar tracks ...
(Zakk Wylde rumored as well, not certain though)

lots of talent seems to be surrounding this album

Originally his real name was William Rose, it got changed to William Bailey when his mother remarried when he was 2 (changed it back to Rose after finding out Rose was his real fathers name), and ya, AXL was his first bands name.
