I cant remember the name/artist! help! (soundtrack, lead singer, music video)

I saw this music video on Fuse and i loved the song but i forgot the name of the song and the name of the band.. it starts in a doctors waiting room and they say "just tell me everythings ok" "yea everythings all right" and then the lead singer goes into a room lays down on a couch and from then on the video is soooo weird

its great.. he's signing and the bookshelf keeps moving back to reveal the rest of the band playing.. and i love the song but i cant for the life of me remember who it is.. so please help!!! thank you!!!!!

lets see.. there were about 5 of them and the lead singer had his black hair all spiky and crazy but i think that was because he was supposed to be insane and in the psychiatrists office... you cant really see too much of the rest of the band..
