Heavy metal is sexist: yay or nay?

What do you's think about the use of sexy girls in music videos? Metal music videos seem to be more tasteful than other genres for that and in my mind it's is kindof fine. Seems nowadays it's so difficult getting peoples attention that maybe it's necessary...
