Default lookin for sum kickass bands


i have my own bands and music i like, but theres just sumthing else that i need. the only bands i can really get into are dimmu, modest mouse, SOAD, and disturbed...

i want more bands like modest mouse and more modern rockish. ive been thru all the metal and death/thrash/speed etc metals, and its just bleh.

lookin for sum nice suggestions, old or new, with a nice mellow ring, or sum good old new age rock.

Mellow yet rock? hmmm Porcupine Tree, if you can find stuff on them (probably need kazaa or limewire to get a good range) but definitely worth a go, awesomely artistic.
