what r your thoughts on the band Mudvayne??? I think their Kick A SS

I usualy despise nu metal...But there are a few exceptions, Incubus(that is if you consider them nu metal, which i dont)is one of my favorite bands...Deftones and SOAD are also very good, Korn IMO are good and not that bad like everyone says, and Mudvayne is good, im not that big into their music, but they certainly have talent, Ryan Martinie is a very good bassist.

Not true...All nu metal bands sound the same?, does that include deftones?, if so you would be wrong. Mudvayne are one of the more unique nu metal bands, name one nu metal band with a just as talented bass player who uses jazz improv and unusual slapping techniques to provide percussive like rhythms and beats. I really dont consider them nu metal anyway, that is if you consider nu metal to be RATM influenced and a genre that fuses rap with rock, which mudvayne dosent do, they are a funk metal band with some death metal influences, theres a difference.

They alright, some songs are good while others terrible. I guess you can say they are getting slowly better.
