Sgt. Peppers is my absolute favorite, but actually all of them are great.

Revolver. No two songs sound the same. But Abbey Road comes a close second.
Anyone else think Sgt. Pepper is overrated? I mean, it's still a great album, but IMO the weakest of the "Big Five" (Rubber Soul-Revolver-Pepper-White Album-Abbey Road).

I still think the Beach Boys' Pet Sounds completely blows away any of them, though. It's the only album that can make me break down and cry. Thoughts?

Now now. This is a Beatles thread. Let's not get the Beach Boys involved here.

True. I just can't help myself sometimes which is why I started the Pet Sounds vs Revolver thread. But I see you've seen that already.

1. White Album - It has some throw away songs and some mediocre stuff, but there are so many great songs on it.
2. Revolver
3. Magical Mystery Tour
4. Hey Jude

I don't really think there is a perfect album by The Beatles as they all either have lackluster stars, middle parts or finishes but this one showcased their abilities the finest.

I always thought it should have been cut down to a single LP until I tried to decide which tracks to eliminate...
