Default Repost - youtube song, "Sweet lady, I should tell you" lyric, anyone identify i?

I originally posted this in the Rock & Metal forum, but apparently that forum is for more metallic rock. The song I'm trying to ID is more classic, I think, so I'm reposting here. Didn't see the subforums the first time.

Here's what I wrote there, sorry if you've already seen it. The song still sounds good, days later. The youtube link data - 8BSWATAGcgk .

"I Searched an actress's name to see who she was and found this video with great music. Searched the internet for various lyrics I could pull out and nothing comes up at all.

Warning - the video is clean but Miss York is attractive, and a bit campy. Batman's Catwoman style.

Anyway, the band sounds great if anyone knows who it is.

Here's the youtube data - 8BSWATAGcgk"

Tough one. I even typed in some of the lyrics and got nada, except for a Tyrese, Queen, and a John Denver tune, which weren't a match.

Here's the vid you posted for easier reference:

Good tune, btw.

Thanks Plankton, especially for the video link. I made a short audio clip and tried it on AudioTag but nothing came up. Very strange that a band that's not terrible is invisible on the old interwebs. The song sounded professionally produced, to me anyway, there must be an album out there somewhere. Weird that it's not being promoted. And that video is almost three years old.

Somewhat ironically, I can't upload a WMA file to the site. But that's okay! (no offense), I'm glad the site exists. I had to learn how to use Sound Recorder and set up my audio card to do it so I'm ahead in the end.

Yeah, that is strange. There's a lot of non-promoted music out there though. People abandoning projects, not enough interest, money, etc..

Good luck in your search though, and if you do find the artist, please let us know who it is.
