Vampire Rodents - New Album!

Don't know how many people around here are familiar with these guys but they've been a favorite of mine for a LONG time. Vampire Rodents were an experimental/sound collage music group that blended classical, industrial, post-punk, jazz, electronic, ambient and house. Their first few albums kind of reminded me of JG Thirwell's Steroid Maximus material or 90s-era Foetus meets Skinny Puppy complete with gruesome samples. They took a more mainstream approach for their last two albums and collaborated with a ton of industrial/electro bands active around that time like Chemlab and Three Mile Pilot. I always thought they would get a break (especially those last two albums), but it sadly wasn't to be. Anyways, apparently they're back releasing new material on their youtube channel where they've also posted THEIR ENTIRE DISCOGRAPHY! Here's some samples from their channel:

Nice stuff. Hadn't come across them before. I take it Rodentia Productions is their official channel?

Umm I'm not seeing a new album? Was there one?

Oh those Rodents. I discovered them in 1992 on the 'Dossiers' compilation and never looked back.

They always made for a good time wherever they were played; Ether Bunny should have done more but sadly this was not to be. 'War Music' and 'Premonition' get more play than the rest but then again 'Lullaby Land' has "Dogchild" on it.

The two Dilate albums ex-member Victor Wulf released are worth looking into as well.

Huzzah! They've finally gotten around to setting an official release date for the new album, November 11th on the VR bandcamp. Looks like they're unearthing the second Ether Bunny record as well! I've been a huge fan for decades (if you can't tell by my username) so I'm prepared to throw all my money at this new series of albums!

Awesome! After all this time I thought that they had ditched the new record. Hopefully this means that they put a lot of work into it and made something really special.
