The bad boy doing...bad things & his love, a girl of course, getting sucked into it, but not wanting/approving it & shes kinda had enough. But the bad boy wont stand down & accept others advice & whatnot. Oh! this girl is also the only one that makes him feel a certain way or soemthing like that.

yeah...it's 3am so this may be way off, but i'll have a stab at it.

The speaker in the song is someone who's always manipulated women for his own agenda, and never had it affect him. Suddenly he's with somone who he develops real feelings for, and the feeling terrifies him, because for the first time he actually has something to lose. She's aware of his habbits, can't live with them, and doesn't believe that he's actually not using her.
