I was bored and footy anthems are being played everywhere. So I thought I'd create my own. Bit out of taste, but I think it beats the rest of the **** out there. Especially the official Embrace piece of **** one.

That's the kind of new football song we need more of! National slurs and cheap shots at the Germany (if you pardon the pun).

The Embrace song is not that bad as a band song, but its rubbish as a football singalong.

I think that the main lyric "when are we going to win the cup" isn't so good though, because its not aggressive or arrogant enough. My favourite footy chant is the "You're shit, aaaaaaaaaaah!", which is great because its simple, nasty, arrogant and direct.
