Alright, so basically we each post 3 nominations for our favorite pieces of september (out of the songwriting forum located here)

Then we vote among the most popular of them. Which will hopefully bring some more noticed to the songwriters as well as fun competition.

This is a great idea. A small portion of the musicbanter community visits the songwriting forums, and an even smaller portion post songs and poems in there. I think it would be great if members of the mb community were aware of what is going on all around the mb site. Plus you might even see something you like! I'll post my picks later.

Just in case you didn't know; the songwriting forum is like 2 or 3 forums above this one on the main forums list! Go there now. Tell people what you think about their lyrics! Input!
