It's kind of sad that we feel we have to hide certain aspects of ourselves from other people. I feel the same way that I have a violent and dark side, and everyone does, but I feel people will judge me the wrong way if I show it even in just very subtle, nondestructive ways, even though it is healthier for people to let go of those kind of emotions rather than bottle them up.
