I disagree w/ that, what if you take so much time that you overthink it, and it ends up really overdone?

are you so simple minded man
maybe i like to write
not to be perfect
i can see what type of person you are
and you prolly going to come back with something negative
but thats fine thats the circle of individuality
all these things i write is my mood and my mind
thats why i thinks its funny when mr strummer has an oppinon
your just as kid trying to get rich

Of course I'll come back with something negative. Because the above post doesn't make sense. If you like to write...why don't you want it to be as close to possible to perfect as it can be? Instead of writing a hundred poems a day, why not put more time into each individual poem so each poem will have more depth and originality? There's no excuse for not putting your best effort into your work. And how am I going to get rich by criticizing your poetry?
