Smiling won't break your mouth so won't you crack for me,
I think if we hold each others hands
We can make it through thick and thin, learn to swim

You know the scent of of salt water hangs like a dead man
In my mind and I wonder all the time
About that night when your parents laid asleep

I really like it, it's very sweet and the sweetness of it is magnified by the fact that it's short and to the point, but it's flattering at the same time as well.
