I've been sitting on a folk album since at least last July. (think Sandy Denny, Nick Cave, Tom Waits, early Leonard Cohen etc) Still working on it but I may post it here when I eventually release it.

I'm primarily based in contemporary classical music, my current works are: a sort of "Five movements for orchestra", a giant electroacoustic piece and a cycle of pieces for various solo instruments (think Berio Sequenzas)

(don't ask about the prog metal album, just don't)

I love Berio's Sequenzas, started learning the guitar one a few years back. I'll keep an eye out if you post your cycle here.

Awesome. I don't have the time or resources (aka band) for a band at the moment but maybe sometime in the near future. I've got more material (in completely notated songs and pieces) than I have names to give them

I just listened to this in full. You should get this on Spotify. This is a winner. Catches the ambient trend but with a touch more going on to keep it extra interesting. Makes my top albums of 2017 so far list. Nice work. I expect everything to suck here but this is really damn good. I'll let you know as I explore your other stuff. Love the art work, too by the way.

Wow!! Thank you so much. Means a lot. I am trying to get my stuff on spotify so I'll keep you posted. I'm truly honored you'd put this in your top albums. And yes, blank is right. My songs for living album is also great. I have new albums coming out every month all better or similar quality. I hope.

Just did. Wow. He very successfully tackles mid twentieth century themes with a combination of old school atonality and unique post-modernism. Really terrific indeed.
