Default trying to find a lyric
A kiwi band had a lyric that referred to coming home like the sea water replenishing a rock pool, as in it alouded the person to ground and rejuvenate. I cant remember exactly who or what song possibly Split Enz, DD Smash, Mutton Birds or Crowded House - definitely pre 2000 and more poetic than I have described. Im really annoyed as I love this lyric but its exact location has dissappeared from my memory. Any thoughts before I trawl through my whole collection - album/song?
