Thanks RT. I made some time to recheck the credits on some songs for the movie sountrack also. Nothing But Love - 5 Heartbeats, Billy Valentine, lead vocals / Baby Stop Running Around - Bird & The Midnight Falcons, Michael Baker, lead vocals / Ready Or Not Here I Come - The Delfanatics / A Heart Is A House For Love - 5 Heartbeats, Billy Valentine, lead Vocals. Movie was based on the bands. The Temptations / The Dells / The Spinners / The Four Tops, etc.

I will add to the 60s R&B/Soul list. Otis Redding, Smokey Robinson, Ray Charles, Al Green, Kool & The Gang,(70s & 80s era). Anymore suggestions from anyone else? Any era! etc. Completly open thread to anything that relates to R&B/Soul, etc.

You will be collecting forever if it's northern Soul you are after. Talking of Northern Soul, i'm really after the track that Fatboy Slim's Rockafella Skank used as it's main rythmn. I used to have it on a Northern Soul starter CD that I somehow lost-very unlike me.
