As far as a developed soundtrack, I'd say Minecraft's first soundtrack by C418. He is a great underrated artist.

I like the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 soundtrack, just a lot of good songs that make doing triple impossibles that much better I also like Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix soundtrack the music fits the game so well

Good thread, this some of my favorites from Pokemon. 3rd Gen easily the best.

^Finally, someone agrees with me about Gen 3 being a personal favorite, and it's soundtrack certainly helps. Those horns.

The Touhou series has some really great soundtracks IMO:

Well if this means anything I quit pokemon at 3rd Gen, so there's a bit of bias there. Then again if 4th gen and beyond didn't get my attention it's probably not worth noting.
