Default The Beginner's Guide to...

Thought it might be a good idea to start a thread which will feature links to compos where people can see if they want to get into a band/artiste, rather than have to d/l albums or whatever. I'm starting off with the enigmatic Mister Tom Waits, and will publish compos of his work in ascending order of accessibility, in other words, his most accessible first and then if you like that you can d/l some more advanced stuff.
Might work, might not, who knows?
Anyway, begins below.
If there's an outfit you'd like featured let me know, and if I have thier music I'll consider doing a compo on these lines.

Default Tom Waits

Starting off with his most accessible stuff, a collection for "starter" Waits fans, or people just curious...

Thanks so much for this.
I'll try one of these very soon. Maybe for TVOTR.

Just thought I'd bump this, 'cos I think it deserves it. Plus I'm gonna do one or two comps for this myself soonish.

Would it be worth doing a Radiohead one or should I go for something like Sigur Ros or The Olivia Tremor Control?
