I'd put him on a par with James Hunt.
Another great racer and larger than life character.
They could have been brothers.

I got to sit in the car he won his world title in when I was a kid.

Bazza moved over here (Australia) he became a national icon for his truck racing and commentating, he also did TV commercials and co hosted a sports program on TV.
A lot of people were upset the day he died.

RIP Bazza.
