Yeah kinda.

Enjoying the journey, health benefits and progress you make > focusing on the end result and losing motivation after two weeks.

The best way to stick to it is to make it fun. If you don't enjoy it, what's the point?

Any topic where Friends references are relevant is a good topic indeed.

Ya know what I mean man. I wanna feel good, I exercise cause some exercise feels good. I also wanna look good, I exercise cause some exercise makes you look good too. But CHECK dis! I look good when I feel good an' I feel good when I look good. Multilevel stuff man, it's like philosphy or sumtin deep like the ocean, the big blue ocean.

You can swim in the ocean, it's good exercise.

Look out for sharks.

Honey, my stomach isn't the size of a Turkey, therefore it wouldn't fit.

Yes, I do have a goal, but if I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't train. You don't enjoy the pump or lifting weights? The 'high' after you've finished?

I like team sports, because I'm really competitive so don't realise the work I'm doing.

I also like running and generally 'playing' with my puppy, which includes a game of football and me sprinting away from her but she catches me quickly now.

I don't use the gym much because I play Volleyballwith college. Finished all my gym work plus the gym is generally boring and full of posers.

Honestly i've never felt pumped or high off lifting weights. I do enjoy the way my body feels and looks after. I think the desired effect is a reward itself. The act of working out does nothing for me however.
