That was a fantastic game. Might have just restarted my liking for baseball.

Awesome game and the perfect way a hard fought series should be won. Battling right down to the very end. It's almost like God said enough is enough and handed the Cubs that rain delay so they could compose themselves. Major props to Jason Heyward for pulling the team together in the clubhouse and getting them to re-focus after blowing the lead in the 8th.

Did ya all see this? Bill Murray getting champagne'd by Theo Epstein.

And think about this, Epstein got the Red Sox their first WS win in 86 years and now he's done it with the Cubs after a 108 year drought. Pretty mind blowing.

The day after the Sox won in 2004 the cemeteries were filled with folks laying copies of newspapers with the SOX WON!!! headlines at the graves of past Sox fans who never got to see a WS win.
Bet the same thing is going on today in Chicago and elsewhere.

Not sure if this will work, but here's Bill Murray, Eddie Vedder, John Cusak, and Bonnie Hunt at the last out of the series:

I know a lot of people are still in shock and it'll take a while to process it all. Like Rizzo, when they showed Ross on hidden mic talking to him last night mid-game, and he says "I'm an emotional wreck right now" as he throws his arms around Ross and some other dude. Pure class. What a night. What a year. What a team.

i think game 7 will go down as the greatest game 7 of World Series history

I'm a Baltimore fan and catch a game here and there when i can....but i love post season baseball and have been behind the Cubs since Baltimore lost to Toronto

think of this....Franz Ferdinand was alive to see the Cubs win their last series

seriously well done to both Cleveland and Chicago
