Wow, the play-in game in the American League has just been amazing, the Royals looked dead at 7-3 until KC rolls 3 in the eighth and then the tying run in the bottom of the ninth to send it to extras. Then KC looks dead again when the A's score again in the top of the 12th, only to see KC score twice to win a 9-8 thriller!

It's a good thing Kansas City won, otherwise we would have all been looking back at that Butler pickoff play.
I love the one-game playoff; it has all the excitement of a Game 7, but with no margin for error in the six preceding games.
