Default Drum Machine suggestions

My band might have problems finding a drummer good enough to keep up, so we're considering getting a drum machine/using software to program beats.

Any reccomendations for equipment/machines/sounds?

Accoustica Beatcraft is brilliant. Properly samples drums and you use blocks to visually make the beat. Brilliant piece of software.

listen to Moses, i'd torrent it too mind you, but i dunno, you might have some principles or something so you don't have to. I've got an even cheaper solution just go acoustic 'till you find a drummer, it's always fun to try out for a while.
