Excel Music Management

Has anyone seen a band using iPads to read their music? does anyone know if they all sync together and the conductor can control what page everyone is on? what is the app called? what apps do you use?

If anyone knows more about this tech please let me know I have a load of questions about it, I'm looking for something really specific and if it doesn't exist I may have to find someone to make it...

I've seen players using iPads to read a PDF of the sheet music, but nothing like what you're talking about. I think that players might get upset if the conductor starts flipping pages for them. Everybody does things a little differently when they get to the end of a page...
