Question What to buy?

Okay so I'm looking into getting a guitar and amp but I have no idea what is good quality equipment and what is crap.

This is a NZ e-trade website just like Amazon or whatever and it's pretty user friendly so if you guys wouldn't mind having a hunt around and pull out some choice picks.

I'm looking to spend maybe a max of $250. Heres some that I wouldn't mind opinions on...

I'd say go for the Ibanez but it's a bit old...

Ibanez is good.

I think Marshall have the best amps though.

i was going to put some of my stuff on e-bay later on this week.

epiphone les paul studio. good condition, **** case, and i'll be putting new strings on it before i send it off and giving a it a clean over and stuff, i've never had any problems with it, its in sunburst. and i was thinking of putting a reserve of £120 - 150 on it.

i've got a squire stratt i picked up pretty cheap, its korean, its in white its in good condition and i was going to put a reserve of about £70 - £90 on it.

i've got an orange orange 30 watt amp, excellent condition, i've still got the box lying round somewhere and all the stuff that came with it, was going to reserve it for about £50 - £60.

if you might be interested in any, send us an email hongkongphooey_@hotmail.co.uk.

if not, meh. lol.

You just think it's pretty don't you

So is there any reason why? Or is just generally accepted that Ibanez make good guitars.
