Exclamation Starting electric guitar, need amp...?

I have played drums my entire life, and the entire time been jealous of guitar players for being able to easily carry there instruments around wherever they go. Now its my turn to do that.

I just bought my friends guitar, and cords for it. Now i need an amp for it. What kind should i get? Im on a small budget (the rest is being used for new drum heads and that stuff) of about up to 100 bucks.

I dont want anything powerfull or realgood, just something thats good enough to let me start out and practice without trouble.
