Cool Band compared to RATM...

Hey everyone,

A couple of months ago, I won a CD on a local radio contest from a band that, on the show, they compared to Rage. It's called Intact Element, and man, I really don't know if I agree with the comparison. Being myself a Rage die-hard fan since back in the days, I think I know what they sound like and although you sure as hell can feel their influence in intact element's music, I wouldn never say it sounds the same.

I don't know if any of you ever heard of them before. I personnally think they're pretty good but the thing that's pissing me off a little is nowadays, people have so little musical culture and horizon that, as soon as they hear some music mixing rap and rock, they'll say it sounds LIKE Rage... And I don't think those guys do.

Just my opinion, thought it would be a decent 1st post.

If you wanna check em out, they have a myspace page (but who doesn't, ey?), probably myspace slash 'intactelement'. Funny thing is it says on the page they're from Paris, France, though I can't decide if the page admin decided to type whatever or if it's true, cause that guy don't sound French to me!

Peace,
Wolfball-d

Well if a band sounds like RATM, then I dont really want to hear them and mixing Rap and Rock was around before RATM but many can't be bothered to check this.

BTW. Nice attempt at promotion too!
