I listen to a lot of music of this period that can fall under this tag, but I haven't come across anybody quite like Einstürzende Neubauten. And that goes for others as well, Throbbing Gristle, Cabaret Voltaire, Monte Cazazza, SPK, Nurse With Wound etc. They all sound very different from each other, similar only in experimental approach and I guess in some transgressive spirit, but not formally.

Later though, there is a norm in EBM and so called electro-industrial of bands like Skinny Puppy, Ministry, Front 242 etc., and even more in various rock-industrial and metal-industrial mash ups.
