To move things in a slightly different direction, this guy sounds like country rock to me, although the

TBH I prefer SE`s
Mountain,the bluegrass album he made with the Del McCoury Band. Although it`s bluegrass-rock, I think it`s an album that`d appeal to anyone interested in this thread. Highly recommended.
