The first album was definitely better but Three Cheers has a charm to it. I like the production value. It's a bit artificial sounding and it's a bit kitschy but it's got just the right amount of those things. There's an underlying darkness to it that backs it up. When you listen to it, you can sort of feel it. They took it too far with The Black Parade. It was the same sort of half baked concept but it was trying way too hard. I won't even mention their latest. I liked Lalalalalalla I guess.
