Hey man, Billy Ray is a local and former buddy of my mother and her sister. I'm not exactly proud of his output, but I've gotta have at least a tiny smidgen of support for a local. And that video was filmed in the Paramount, where I do a ****-ton of theatre.
Probably better served for the ghost story thread, but there are some really interesting Paramount ghost stories, two of which revolve around Billy Ray Cyrus.
