First and foremost, Utada Hikaru!

Classic, but needs to be mentioned: Ayumi Hamasaki!

Those are two of my favorites, but she has 1 million albums. Youtube very strictly does not have her videos, which is a damn shame.

More recently and def. bouncy is groups like AKB48 and Momoiro Clover Z.

Let me know if you also wanted male vocals/slightly darker stuff.
