A'ight, if you mean artists out at the moment I struggle to believe you can honestly sit there and say Nicki Minaj is good but Banks is bad.
As for Angel Haze, there's a thread on her in here that'll tell you all you need to know.
Jean Grae also is a prominent figure on the underground; she does a lot of stuff with Immortal Technique, her and Haze are totally worth checking out if you haven't already.
