I'm the same way. I know that it's possible to like someone's work without liking them as a person because there's often so much we don't even dream of, but I still need to feel some kind of connection to the artist. Which I don't here. And worse, if her music was something I could indentify with maybe I'd just latch on to that and give it my own meaning... but I can't do that either in her case.
