1. Who would sit on a toilet seat in a public restroom without looking at it and/or wiping it off first?

2. Super Glue has a hell of a pungent odor when it's applied.

3. Super Glue dries extremely quickly, in a matter of several seconds.


I'm betting this was self-inflicted in the half-baked hopes of some lawsuit payoff.
I've seen this type of stunt reported in the news several times over many years.
