If I had to choose one song off of either it would be I know its over by the Smiths. That song used to resonate to me alot back when I was going through my failed relationship. Morrisey killed it on those vocals and I really enjoy the subdued guitar work by Marr, hes certainly one of the best early 80's uk guitar players by a longshot.
I take that's a vote for The Queen is Dead

Add another, Disintegration is a great album especially when you've had a bad break up, but overall I find Robert Smith to be too wheepy on this one.

The Queen is Dead, however is melancholy with a lot of good lifts, and features some great songwriting by both Morrissey and Marr throughout. So...The Queen is Dead

Disintegration 4
Queen is Dead 4 (counting Yorkedaddy)
