I think it's fair to say that this quite a selection of albums. And whilst it's probably the most predictable list I have posted so far, you can't take away from the sheer quality of most of these records. The peak of post-punk, in my opinion at least, comes in the form of
Marquee Moon. My absolute favourite
Bowie and
Pink Floyd records also get a nod.
Overall, this is just a fantastic year for me, and the albums I had to leave out only add to it's strength.
