I have a pair of Sennheiser HD 419's. The sound is decent enough but I've never been quite happy with them, the bass can be too much sometimes. The big pro is that they're the most comfortable headphones I've ever had and I can wear them for hours.

I've been considering getting a pair of AKG 240s. I'm looking for a pair of headphones with good clear mids and sounds great whether plugged into a home stereo, a laptop or an mp3 player.
