@Batlord - I'd go as far as saying anyone who doesn't have at least a Ba/Masters in economics/politics/foreign policy will not understand the full impact of the decisions or idealogies they stand behind.

We can solve complex economic problems. The problem is not the problems. The problem is the people who make the decisions about how to solve the problems.
and assuming we can create an intelligent mind that has the capability of surpassing our intellect is also a pretty bold statement to stand behind.
