I'm as pro-choice as you are, but I think you're reducing the significance of a real issue. Whether or not to have an abortion is a tough decision for most of the people who have make it for various reasons, including the opinions of friends and family members, personal religious convictions, pro-life activism, and the general psychological pressure of having surgery. Reducing the issue to a result of "brainwashing" is a simplification and not progressive.
