NP: Underworld - A Hundred Days Off
Far more subtle and understated than their floor-stomping anthemic LPs from their days with Darren Emerson, AHDO is thoughtful and shines best on its slower-groove tracks like "Trim" and the instrumental, "Ess Gee" (affectionately named after Karl's Gibson SG guitar featured prominently on the track).
Some critics called it "techno for aging rockers" but the duo is still producing some of the finest music of the genre nearly 40 years after their first record.
Nice in a pair of circumaurals.
