The FBI does not reopen a criminal investigation on the eve of a Presidential election because "the boss is pissed."
If the United States top Federal Enforcement Agency decides to reopen a criminal investigation, than there must be emails in there regarding Clinton that goes beyond her attending dinner functions and engaging in her daily aerobics routines.
It is not good, and this is unprecedented in American Presidential electoral history.
