Because deviance is exciting and entertaining. At its core punk wasn't a rebellion against the system but a rebellion against any sort of conformity. I realize there's irony in everything ultimately being somehow conformist but the offensive anti-social nature of this music makes it an undeniably important part of what punk was. It wasn't prepackaged to fit our liberal sensibilities. It was ugly and ****ty. If you really like punk but as an outsider with no stake (and that's all that's left so that's all of us) then yes Nazism should be fun. They're sincerity makes it even better.
