And that's exactly what I've been saying this whole time. You can pass the safety standard and fail every single bull**** standard in place. You fail those efficacy tests and your drug is not approved. Not taking the test at all means that you are unapproved. That's where the snake oil can slide in, because it's not inherently dangerous (note that it was Bat that brought up battery acid so take it up with him). This is why I say that you do not understand.
