But it's fairly normal for your body to distort itself in dreams-- even if you just look down at your hands in a dream, for instance, there will usually be something off about them. Too many fingers, weird nails, etc. (But the weird scaly skin on my face in my dream probably had more to do with a scene in a Game of Thrones episode I watched recently.)

Oh I love that scene. It was similar to watching those pimple/blackhead videos on Youtube.
Yeah I guess that happens but I just don't recall anything about my body being off in dreams. Everything is usually the same as irl when it comes to the way my body looks.
Hmm I'm super curious about this now and will try to make a greater effort to look at my body more in dreams if I can control it.
