They get quiet and then loud and are very melodic. So basically Nirvana if they weren't quite as noisy and were a better band.

Not sure if you intended "post" to be the modifier of "art" there, but "Post Art" is a concept that I'm surprised doesn't already exist. Or "Post Music". Freeing yourself from the constraints of melody and rhythm and just being really loud and making funny noises.
