Yes. It is the ultimate reaction against revolutionary (in the leftist sense) change, that deifies the prelapsarian ideal of the respective country and demonizes anything that would threaten that pseudo-religious ideal. Much like American conservatives harp on about the Founding Fathers, the Constitution, and the City upon a Hill that America supposedly was at some point or another before the socialists ruined everything. Except even more so, and demands complete subservience to that ideal because it is so fragile, though the fascists would deny that it is so.
